THE WEST Indies and Pakistan cricket teams arrived in the island yesterday for this weekend's second and final Test match at Sabina Park, which starts on Friday.
West Indies' coach, Bennett King, said the side's first Test victory in Barbados, the team's first in almost an year, should lift the team.
"It's good to get a win on the board and hopefully give the boys some confidence and some momentum going into this match," King said soon after arriving at Norman Manley International Airport.

"We got some early break-throughs which is something we haven't done in the past, which is good," King said of the team's bowling attack.
Meanwhile, captain Shivnarine Chanderpaul said it was a nice feeling to notch up a win.
"We have been losing everything," he said. "We lost to South Africa, we lost the one-day series against Pakistan. Winning the first Test match against Pakistan is a boost for us," he said.
Inzamam-ul-Haq and Shoaib Malik, two of Pakistan's top players will be back for the second Test, and Chanderpaul believes his side is "going to have a much harder fight."
