THE EDITOR, Sir: AS FAR as I am concerned, Dr. Raymoth Notice was never elected by the Jamaican people as Mayor of Spanish Town but as councillor for his division.


A frightening experience
THE EDITOR, Sir: ON A recent late night weekday journey home by taxi with a friend, our driver entered a small, seemingly peaceful residential community in the Corporate Area.
