KSAC pursuing city lottery bid
THE KINGSTON and St. Andrew Corporation (KSAC) says it is actively pursuing a bid to start a city lottery. Kingston's Mayor, Desmond McKenzie disclosed the plan at the Corporation's monthly press briefing last week Tuesday.
