Battle of the bulge - (SERIES FINALE)
ON MARCH 22, Sandra Smith and Donnette Thomas publicly announced their commitment to lose weight, and adopt a healthier lifestyle. They became participants in Your Health's 'Battle of the bulge' series...


Both ladies did well!
SO WE have completed 12 weeks of the 'Battle of the Bulge' series with two participants who wanted to improve their lifestyle by eating healthier and doing more physical activities.


Congrats on a successful excercise
CONGRATULATIONS TO the participants of the project. The 'exercise' was a success even with the limitations we had. Some valuable lessons have been learnt, especially the appreciation that has been developed for the value of a good diet and exercise...
