IT company launches Virtual Office Solution

ON FRIDAY, Interactive Voice Solutions launched its Virtual Office Solution. The Virtual Office Solution, which provides businesses with all the features of an automated attendant without having one, was demonstrated at the recently concluded Horizon 2005 Tech-nology Show at the National Arena.

"It's a perfect solution for small businesses that want to standardise how their calls are answered and routed," says Interactive's Managing Director David Riley. The VOS also works for medium to large-size businesses with multiple locations that want a single telephone number for customer contact.

ALWAYS ON THE GO

The Virtual Office is the telecommunication solutions that many businesses have been waiting for. "Imagine a family business operated by a husband and wife team, who are always on the go and need a solution for managing their business calls," says Riley. "With Virtual Office, their customers are always in contact with them and they can be assured that their company image is enhance."

Interactive Voice Solutions has been rolling out several new technologies and services in the Jamaican market. Recently, the company launched its Speech Enabled IVRs, a first for Jamaica.

The youthful businessman says that Virtual Office Solution will change the face of businesses in Jamaica and that many businesses are already signing up for the service, which is on a subscription basis.
