SUNDAY BUSINESS understands that consultant and businessman, Aubyn Hill, is slated to be the next chairman of the National Investment Bank of Jamaica (NIBJ), succeding David Coore.

A statutory body, the NIBJ is responsible for the privatisation of select Government assets.

A graduate of the Harvard Business School, Mr. Hill spent some 30 years abroad before returning home in 2002 to head the National Commercial Bank Group, which he did up to November 2004.

He is currently the managing partner of the consultancy firm, Corporate Strategies Limited.
