Letter of the day - Install cable cars in mountain districts
THE EDITOR, Sir: AGAIN JAMAICA is forced to face the annual bill of roadway restoration in the mountains of Cedar Valley, Hagley Gap, Mavis Bank, Robertsfield and surrounding areas.

Press along, Mayor!
THE EDITOR, Sir: I HAVE noted with great disgust, distress and apprehension the numerous broadside attacks being levelled at the Mayor of Kingston, Desmond McKenzie.

What about our fisherfolk?
THE EDITOR, Sir: NOW THAT the Government has won the court case brought against them by the Portmore Joint Citizens' Association, it will be moving full speed ahead with the construction of the Highway 2000 and the subsequent demolition of the causeway.
