Oil deal sealed
WESTERN BUREAU: WITH ITS oil bill approaching US$1 billion for this year and international petroleum prices hovering around US$65 per barrel, Jamaica yesterday sealed an agreement to purchase oil from Venezuela on concessionary terms.
