LAST WEEK WEDNESDAY, the hills of Irish Town, St. Andrew, came alive as the owners of Strawberry Hill resort rolled out the red carpet and presented a variety of delectable island dishes to diplomats, corporate executives and members of the entertainment fraternity. Chef Darren Lee and his team presented a feast that had guests making several return trips to the buffet line. Above is a display of some of the offerings.
