SAJ scholarships for future leaders

THE SHIPPING Association of Jamaica (SAJ) recently awarded six scholarships to the children of SAJ staffers who have been successful in the GSAT exams. The awards are presented annually.

TUI to acquire CP Ships Ltd
HANOVER, Germany: TUI AG announced that it has agreed to acquire CP Ships Limited, a leading Canadian container shipping company, in an all-cash transaction for 1.7 billion euros (US$2.0 billion), or US$21.50 per share.
