Patterson to appear on NBC, Travel Channel
published: Wednesday | September 14, 2005

PRIME MINISTER P.J. Patterson will this morning appear on the NBC's 'Today Show'. He will be interviewed between 8:00 a.m. and 8:15 a.m. and it can be seen locally on cable television.

Tomorrow, Mr. Patterson will again be gracing foreign television screens on the Travel Channel in a documentary programme billed, 'Jamaica: The Ultimate Tour', set to air at 10:00 p.m.

The documentary is a unique collaboration between the Jamaica Tourist Board (JTB) and journalist, Peter Greenberg of the Travel Channel.

'Jamaica: The Ultimate Tour' is a personal journey around the island as seen through the eyes of Prime Minister Patterson and provides an inspiring perspective on the cultural diversity and adventurous opportunities throughout the island.

The Prime Minister left the island on Monday for New York to attend the United Nations General Assembly in his capacity as chairman of the Group of 77 and China. He will return on Saturday.
