Bail extended for Red Hills Road strongman

Red Hills Road strongman, Cleveland Downer, alias 'Cassey' had his bail extended Wednesday when he appeared before Justice Donald McIntosh at the Gun Court in downtown Kingston.

Downer who is of Donmair Close, St. Andrew, was arrested and charged with shooting with intent last April. He is scheduled to return to court on Wednesday, November 23.

Allegations are that he was among a group of men who were involved in a shooting incident with the police on June 25, 2000, in the Donmair Close community.
