The crime-confidence nexus
THE SAME day last week that the news broke that the Finance Ministry had once again floated a successful bond offering in overseas financial markets, the economy got a body blow with the results of the latest Business Confidence Survey indicating a sharp.
WHY DOESN'T the Church do something? How come there are so many churches per square mile yet there are so many murders being committed and so much lawlessness and boorishness all around?
