Bishop's mother wants his body for burial
ST GEORGE'S, Grenada (CMC): TWENTY-TWO YEARS after he was killed in a palace coup, the mother of slain Grenada Prime Minister, Maurice Bishop, is still calling on the authorities to release her son's body to her for a proper burial.

UN Security Council stresses need for Haiti elections this year
UNITED NATIONS (CMC): THE UNITED Nations Security Council has urged the transitional Government in Haiti to adopt all necessary measures to ensure that free, fair, transparent and inclusive elections are held in the country later this year.
