Another bomb blast rocks capital
PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad, CMC: A BOMB blast rocked upper Port of Spain shortly before noon yesterday forcing police and army officers to block off the area as panic-stricken pedestrians scampered to safety.

Sugar era ends... tourism now priority
