RBTT announces profits hike
MR. J. July, group chairman of RBTT Financial Holdings Limited, is reporting pre-tax earnings of US $88 million and profit attributable to shareholders of US $72 million for the six-month period ended September 30, 2005.

B'dos interest rates boosted
THE CENTRAL Bank of Barbados expects its current monetary policy related to interest rate increases to finally have an impact on credit demand in the fourth quarter of 2005.
