Carrington wary of PetroCaribe cheap oil deal
GEORGETOWN, Guyana (CMC): CARIBBEAN COMMUNITY (CARICOM) governments may have made a mistake in not discussing an offer for concession fuel from Venezuela before committing themselves to the deal, a senior CARICOM official has said.
