published: Tuesday | January 17, 2006

The Kiwanis Club of North St. Andrew, in association with Jamaica Ecumenical Mutual Mission (JEMM) will host a team of medical personnel from the United States, who will be providing dentures to people in rural Jamaica.

The team will arrive in Jamaica on Saturday and will begin working next Monday at the Oberlin Health Centre, Lawrence Tavern, St. Andrew.

According to the Kiwanis Club of North St. Andrew, the service will be extended to residents in rural St. Andrew, St. Mary and St. Catherine.

The Kiwanis Club of North St. Andrew is urging persons wishing to access this service to visit the Oberlin Health Centre early so that the necessary measurement and fitting can be done.

Persons interested in this service or requiring further information may contact Shemett Smith at 927-9208.
