Brazil travelling to tackle St George's

THE SMIRNOFF Ice-sponsored Eastern Confederation Super League continues today with five matches.

Second place Brazil of St. Ann on 24 points and fourth place St. George's on 16 points face-off at Lynch Park. All matches will start at 3:00 p.m.

In other key clashes, leaders Star Cosmos travel to Paul Bogle High to face Berlin of St. Thomas.

Star Cosmos, the relegated National Premier League team, lead the points standings with 30, 19 more than Berlin (11).

Third place Bath (17 points) entertain York Sports Club (13) in the St. Thomas derby at Bath, Benfica (nine), second from bottom, tackle Axum (15) at Drax Hall, and Port Morant (13) face bottom place Iyante (seven) at Cotton Tree.

In last week's contests, Star Cosmos defeated Port Morant 4-1; York, led by goals from Gregory Beckford and Charles Williams, beat Iyante 2-0, Bath edged Berlin 1-0; Benfica and Brazil ended 1-1, while Axum and St. George's played out a 0-0 draw.
