TRINIDAD & TOBAGO: Murders up 65% in January
PORT-OF-SPAIN, Trinidad (CMC): MURDERS WENT up by 65 per cent for the month of January this year, compared to the same period last year. There was also a 70 per cent increase in gun-related homicides at the end of January compared to 2005.


ST. VINCENT: St Vincent to review citizenship laws
KINGSTOWN, ST. VINCENT (CMC): Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves says the country's law governing citizenship is too lax and has indicated that his government will be moving to correct the situation.
