Interesting and uplifting ideas

Instant Prosperity and Success Plus

Authors: N.G. Ron Rochester

Reviewer: Barbara Nelson

Jamaican-born Ron Rochester "developed an interest in life, and the works of Abraham Lincoln ... and philosophies of Aristotle ... Plato, Freud and Darwin" while he was still in his teens.

These interests lead him "into a deeper understanding of that which I now come to know as the truth."

His book Instant Prosperity and Success Plus has an attractive cover, interesting and advanced metaphysical ideas, but suffers from poor editing.

The book has 12 chapters that deal with Divine Prosperity, Divine Wisdom, Tolerance, Thanksgiving and Praise, Prayer and so on.

In Chapter 1, he says that whatever supply we seek of the universe we can receive if our mind is receptive to good and only good.

We can experience bounty, he says, if our minds are filled with peace, love and harmony.

An so throughout the book the reader is encouraged to be careful of the thoughts he/she thinks, that is, stand guard at the doorway of our consciousness and make sure that the only guests we entertain in our mental household are love, tolerance, beauty, order and harmony. This activity will ensure perfect health.

The reader is also encouraged to keep away thoughts of hate and fear as these have a way of permeating the body's system in very subtle and unsuspecting ways.

Rochester's ideas are interesting and uplifting and well worth the time of a thoughtful reader. He promises a second book titled: Eternal Youth and Beauty.

Hopefully, with more careful editing that volume will be easier to read and understand.
