Supreme Ventures to list on exchange

SUPREME VENTURES Limited (SVL) is to be listed on the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) today. This will be the exchange's first listing for 2006.

In January, 124,740,125 stock units in SVL were offered to the public by the current shareholders, comprising approximately 4.73 per cent of the company's issued capital. The offer price was $4.81.

The listing will allow for greater public ownership in the company, the stock exchange said in a statement.
