New Jamalco boss named

ALBERTO FABRINI has been promoted to the post of managing director for Jamalco, replacing Jerome Maxwell who was promoted to president for Caribbean & Africa, Alcoa Global Primary Products, in September last year.

In making the announcement, Mr. Maxwell said Mr. Fabrini will be responsible for all aspects of Jamalco's business as Alcoa expands its operations in Jamaica and moves to position Jamalco as a significant supplier in the global alumina market.
