Why did you decide to enter the competition?
"I decided to enter because I think that I have the ability to win. I have the potential, confidence and I believe I will win."
What is your definition of a beauty queen?
"A beauty queen is someone that is beautiful, smart, intelligent, and has the ability to do anything they put their mind to."
What do you expect to achieve by entering this competition?
"I might not win, but it would help to build my confidence, my self esteem and make me to be a better person."
What do you consider to be your best asset?
"My looks. I look like someone who can be trusted, can be talked to, someone pleasant and someone that is honest."
How would you sell Jamaica to a foreigner in light of the high crime rate?
"I would sell Jamaica to a foreigner by telling them that Jamaica is not only about crime, it is a beautiful country and it is the land of wood and water that attracts a lot of tourists. People come here and have a lot of fun."
Would you say Jamaicans are diverse, and why?
"I would say Jamaica's people are diverse. 'Wi little but wi tallawah'. We have a lot of skills and are bright. "
If you could meet one person, who would it be and why?
"I would want to meet R. Kelly. I love his songs, admire his performance and I believe he has a wonderful voice."
If you were to win the title, what sector of society would you work with and why?
"I would work the HIV/AIDS sector. A lot of young people in Jamaica are having sex without a condom and I would want to educate them about it."
If you were the Prime Minister what changes would you make and how would you go about making those changes?
"I would try and fix the roads because people are complaining about them. The roads really need fixing so that people with vehicles can move about freely and much better."
What is your view on the CSME and do you think it will improve Jamaica?
"I think it will work. It is good and will help to build Jamaica."
