IRAQ: Civil war fears grip country
BAGHDAD (Reuters): A MAJOR Shi'ite religious ritual unfolded amid heavy security in the sacred city of Kerbala yesterday as the spectre of a sectarian civil war stalked Iraq on the third anniversary of the U.S.-led invasion.

INDIA: Family beheaded over 'witchcraft'
GUWAHATI, India (Reuters): A TEA plantation worker and his four children were beheaded in India's remote northeast by a mob which accused them of practising black magic, police said on Sunday.
