Coffee Board bids its outgoing chairman adieu

RICHARD DOWNER recently demitted office as the chairman of the Coffee Industry Board (CIB). So the CIB, in collaboration with the Minister of Agriculture, Roger Clarke, threw a farewell cocktail in his honour at the Talk-of-the-Town, Jamaica Pegasus hotel.

Minister Clarke gave the function's keynote address and other colleagues of Mr. Downer also spoke, including Dr. Carlton Davis, O.J., C.D., board member Carol Jones.
