TRINIDAD: Boy buggered, killed
published: Friday | March 31, 2006

PORT-OF-SPAIN, TRINIDAD (CMC):

Police are questioning two teenagers in connection with the brutal murder of six-year-old Sean Luke, whose nude body was found in an abandoned cane field in Central Trinidad earlier this week.

Two 14-year-old suspects were picked up from their homes in Couva on Wednesday.

According to the preliminary results of the post-mortem, the killers had also inserted a sugar cane stalk into the boy's rectum, rupturing his intestines and other organs.

Police Commissioner Trevor Paul was among a number of individuals and organisations condemning the murder.
