Let's meet the three 'Breaking the Habit - The Jamaica Wellfest Wellness Challenge' Challengers ranging in age from 19 - 47 years who are entering the homes of Jamaicans, via CVM TV, starting this Sunday, April 9.

Nodeane Esson-Robotham

PROFESSION: A claims manager at a major life insurance company in Kingston.

ORIGINALLY FROM: Donegal in St. Elizabeth.

REASON FOR PARTICIPATING: I entered because I have an interest in wellness and wanted to achieve both physical and financial wellness. I am hopeful that, with the professional guidance that I will receive from participation in the programme, I will be able to achieve my ultimate goal, which is complete wellness.

HOBBIES: Swimming, sewing and reading a good novel.

Shanna Dixon

PROFESSION: A customer service representative.

RESIDES IN: Portmore, St. Catherine

REASON FOR PARTICIPATING: A person should strive to be the best person they can be and this challenge has afforded me the opportunity to do so. Ultimately, I hope to achieve not only financial and physical wellness, but to balance all aspects of my life, and make it [my life] the best it can possibly be.

HOBBIES: Reading, painting, craftwork and dancing

Tanesha Pinnock

PROFESSION: Student

RESIDES IN: Kingston

REASON FOR PARTICIPATING: I realised what I was lacking and I wanted to achieve overall wellness. I was ready to start and I just wanted the extra help to do so. So I wrote in. I am working towards a change in lifestyle with emphasis, surely, on physical change.

HOBBIES: Dancing and singing.

The three 'Challengers' were selected on February 24 from among 25 applicants who had submitted a 200 word application, explaining why they needed to adjust their lifestyles for their own good and why they felt they were perfect candidates for the show.
