TRINIDAD (CMC):
National Security Minister Martin Joseph says the first three months of 2006 have been the 'bloodiest' in the history of Trinidad and Tobago.
Speaking in the Senate Tuesday on a motion on crime, Joseph said the Patrick Manning administration had found the homicide level, especially for the month of March to be "unacceptable" and assured legislators that steps were being taken to ensure there would be no repeat.
