Harmons Valley,
Porus in derby clash
The local derby between Harmons Valley FC and Porus will be the main attraction for central Jamaica fans in the Captain's Bakery Manchester Major League. The game will be played at the Porus Community Centre, starting at 3:00 p.m. tomorrow.
Later this afternoon, Goldstar is scheduled to host Mandeville United at Pratville but the match-up is in doubt as two previous teams, Harmons and Hillstars were awarded points as Goldstars failed to honour the fixtures.
It is expected to be far from friendly in tomorrow's match-up as both teams enter the game coming off losses. Downs hammered Harmons 6-0, while Porus were edged 1-0 by New Green.
It was the second big drubbing by Downs since the recent start of the second round, having inflicted a 4-0 rout of Mandeville United. They have since jumped to joint third place with Harmons on 13 points.
New Green are clear in second place with 17 points, having had two victories in as many matches in the second round.
Mid-season champions Hill-stars continue to rule the roost with the maximum 21 points from seven games.

score centuries
The 2006 Reggae Jammin Foods Business House cricket competi-tion continues tomorrow with four matches.
The matches on are NWC against Cable & Wireless at Mona, Cement Company versus St. Ann Bauxite at Lucas, Nestle face Windalco at Bybrook and JUTC take on Jamalco at Jose Marti.

Robert Turner of Jamaica Broilers also had a good week, taking 5-20.
Harrison scored 125 not out to lead Carib Cement (286-6) to victory over JUTC (230 all out) by 56 runs. Norman Malcolm, 35, and Orlando Francis, 31, supported Harrison against Donald Bartley, 2-25, and Calvert Bailey, 2-3.
In JUTC's innings, Nathaniel Grant, 3-34, Whylie Jervis, 3-24, and Norman Malcolm, 3-38, were the destroyers for the Cement players.
At Port Esquivel, Francis' unbeaten 107 carried NWC to 227 for four, this was in reply to Windaldo's 227. NWC won as they lost fewer wickets.
In another match, defending champions Jamaica Broilers - 187 (Valentine Foster 75, Andre Davis 46; Trevor Sinclair 5-44, Gerald Morgan 3-28) beat Nestle 131 (Sinclair 37; Turner 5-20) by 56 runs.

Manchioneal lift Portland Major League
Manchioneal crowned them-selves Portland Western Union Major League champions with a 2-1 victory over Progressive last weekend.
The champions and Pro-gressive entered last Sunday's second leg final on level terms at 1-1. It took extra-time to decide the winners as the second leg also ended 1-1.
However, Jerome Forsythe made sure penalties weren't called on to decide the game by scoring in the second stanza of extra-time.
Earlier, Damion Patterson, with a sharp attacking move, put Progressive ahead in the fifth minute. It wasn't long after, that Manchioneal replied when Stephen Grey found the equaliser six minutes later.
The winners walked away with $100,000 and the Western Union Trophy, presented by the parish association's president Burchell Gibson and David Price-Royal, the Western Union representative.
The losers, Progressive, picked up $60,000.
