Chic mamas
published: Monday | May 15, 2006

Nashauna Drummond, Staff Reporter

Left: Being pregnant does not mean fashion sucide for nine months. Michelle Williams, now in her second trimester, shows how to still be fashionable while dressing for two.   Right: Formal or casual, be chic while you are pregnant. Roberta Ellis is a visual delight in this outfit designed with extra room in front to accomodate your growing mid-section.

BEING PREGNANT is a wonderful experience. However, it's not so wonderful on your figure or wardrobe and your entire perception of style. Nothing fits anymore, you probably feel fat in everything and very unattractive with a growing mid-section.

Wrong approach! Pregnancy sometimes makes you glow inside and out. Therefore, your wardrobe should reflect the vibrancy and fullness of life you have growing inside.

There are maternity boutiques whose sole purpose is keeping you fashionable as your body changes. Whatever is trendy has been altered for your comfort. Be bold, be fashionable, be chic. You're pregnant and one hot mama!
