BYLES
A RELEASE from the Jamaica Stock Exchange yesterday advised that Richard Byles was unanimously appointed Red Stripe chairman following the decision of the former chairman, Patrick Rousseau, to step down.
Mr. Byles sits on a number of boards and is the president and chief executive officer of Life of Jamaica and chairman of the National Water Commission and Pan Caribbean Financial Services.
Efforts by Wednesday Busi-ness to contact Mr. Rousseau and Mr. Byles were unsuccessful.
The JSE advisory also announce that Peter Van Brecht was replaced on the board by Nico Vervelde representing Heineken Caribbean.
