Court case and address problem
published: Monday | June 5, 2006

THE EDITOR, Sir:

I WRITE to you to correct an error in your story on page two of today's (June 1) Gleaner regarding the article 'Convicted men in Burrell's murder freed on appeal'. I would like to clearly state that Mr. Carl McHargh does NOT reside at 17 Durham Avenue.

The premises is occupied by myself, Brian Richardson and family. We appreciate that he may have lived at our address some time in the distant past, but that is certainly not his current abode nor has it been for some time.

In the interest of fairness, the Richardson family requests that his name no longer be associated with 17 Durham Avenue as that no longer obtains or will in the future.

I am, etc.,

BRIAN RICHARDSON
