After Dixie told Kendall that Zach is responsible for Greg not taking Spike away, Kendall was able to accept Zach's explanation of why he has been helping Dixie for months. Greg continued to deteriorate, as Zach and Ryan each wondered if the other was involved with his disappearance. Lily had a nightmare about Terry, the man who tried to molest her in New York. Meanwhile, Terry hired Aidan to find his missing wife, Annie and their child. David told Dixie he has a lead on Kate's location.

Jennifer unsuccessfully tried convincing Dusty not to testify against Emily and then suddenly fainted. An angry Paul accused Emily of risking their child's life for her own self-interest. Simon's presence became known to Katie and Mike, who tried to ignore him with mixed results. Carly surprised Jack with her decision to take the kids to Montana. Much to Will's discomfort, Gwen offered to let Jade stay with her and Will. A stranger arrived and greeted Maddie by name.

When Nick blew up after the surprise kiss Ridge gave Brooke on the runway, she insisted it was just for publicity and only loves Nick. However, Brooke's refusal to leave Forrester put a strain on their relationship. Felicia saw Dante and Bridget kissing but kept quiet about it, opting to still have her wedding. Midway through the ceremony, Felicia realised she couldn't go through with it and blamed Bridget, refusing to accept her sister's apology. Bridget then forced Felicia to admit she knew about Dante's feelings for Bridget. Stephen left town, still on the outs with Brooke.

Having caught Lexie and Tek in the act, Abe wanted nothing more to do with his wife. Lexie immediately held Sami responsible and vowed to expose her scheming regarding Carrie and Austin, but it was someone else who led Abe to make his shocking discovery. Jennifer and Frankie began their wedding ceremony, only to be stunned when Jack showed up in the church. Jack revealed to Jennifer and Abby that he is still dying, and had left town because he wanted Jen to move on with her life. Kayla couldn't believe her eyes when she saw Steve in the churchyard, and gave him an intense kiss. Although drawn to Kayla, Steve didn't remember their life together.

After Diego found Justus' body, Alcazar moved the corpse to the warehouse but didn't realise he lost his bracelet at the crime scene. Skye's worst fears about Alcazar were later confirmed. Ric manipulated Sonny's emotions, leaving him on the brink of a total mental collapse. The murder reinforced Jason's determination to keep Sam out of his life, even as Manny lay in wait for her. Maxie wasn't happy when her advances were gently rejected by Lucky, whom she later saw dancing with Elizabeth. Jax told Carly that he plans to leave Port Charles. Helena and Sharon teamed up to plot stealing John away from Nikolas.

Lizzie tried saving face by claiming that Jonathan raped her, which Coop didn't buy. Coop reunited with Ava, who pointed out that even if he doesn't love Lizzie, he still loves the baby. As Lizzie argued with Tammy about helping her keep Ava away from Coop, she doubled over in pain. Still concealing her cancer from Josh, Reva learned that the disease has spread and told Josh she needs to go away for a while, not admitting that she's trying an experimental treatment in Minnesota. Dinah discovered Mallet meeting with Regina, who considered sticking around in Springfield.

The stalker made a move against Rex and Adriana. David was shocked when someone posted his bail. Bo and Paige united to nail Spencer and get Bo off the hook for claiming the pregnant woman's body.

Luis caught up with Alistair, who wouldn't let go of the chalice and caused a cave in, enabling him to flee. Alistair revealed a secret room inside the catacombs but wasn't happy when Beth, Norma and Mrs. Wallace followed him there. Noah tried forgetting about Maya's death to save Jessica from Spike, unaware that she was holding Spike at gunpoint. After being knocked unconscious by a jolt of electricity, Kay and Miguel shared some hot kissing and were discovered by an irate Fox. Pressed to explain herself, Kay went into a seizure.

Jack was caught by surprise when Victor requested that he buy out Victor's share of N.V.P. The contract was signed with Nikki unaware. Phyllis and Nick found themselves together on the Newman jet, each having been assigned to go on a business trip to Arizona. Threatened by Colleen that she'll tell Brad all about J.T.'s snooping into her father's past, J.T. showed Colleen a photo of the real Brad Carlton, whose identity Brad took over 20 years ago. Victoria caught Brad in a contradiction about whether his parents are dead or alive but bought his hasty explanation. Will turned out to be Jill's Internet blind date.
