Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) confirms Omer Thomas

THE JAMAICA Labour Party's (JLP) Central Executive yesterday afternoon gave its final approval to the candidacy of Omer Thomas.

The former Executive Director of the Bureau of Standards will represent the JLP in the Eastern St. Thomas constituency.

The candidacy of Lennon Richards in Central St. Mary was also approved at the JLP Central Executive meeting which was held at the party's Belmont Road headquarters yesterday. These selections confirm the JLP's slate of 60 candidates.
