Expression of disappointment
THE EDITOR, Sir: I WISH to express my disappointment with the June 15 decision of the European Union Parliament to approve tax spending on embryonic stem-cell research. Genetic science has great potential for either serving or degrading humanity.


What is true?
THE EDITOR, Sir: THERE MUST be some of you who are deeply concerned about what is being promoted in the Church and electronic media as the Gospel; but if you take a closer look and listen carefully you will find that very little Gospel is being preached.
