WESTERN BUREAU:

The fact that Brian 'Bighead' Martin is ready to take his International Dancehall Queen event to another level is increasingly apparent.

What started 10 years ago as a simple dance-off competition in the inner-city community of Flankers, St. James, has evolved into a signature entertainment feature on the international landscape, so much so, that Bighead has unveiled his own Dancehall Queen (DHQ) fashion line.

Inspired by one of dancehall's earliest champions, Nicky Ouch of the popular Ouch Crew, DHQ forms the latest marketing strategy that the promoter has used to bring his event several notches up.

The commercial fashion line DHQ Turns up the heat out West.
