GEORGIA: Russia in a war of words - Putin cites state terrorism
TBILISI (AP): Russian President Vladimir Putin yesterday denounced Georgia's arrest of Russian officers as "state terrorism," but ordered the withdrawal of Russian troops from the neighbouring country to continue as planned.
