LETTER OF THE DAY - Call for Government of national unity
The Editor, Sir: Our nation, like many others in the modern world, is experiencing a crisis - a leadership, economic and social crisis. The worst and most serious is the crisis in leadership as it affects all other areas of national development.

Time is valuable

The Editor, Sir: Please permit me to share my thoughts on the issue of respect for time in Jamaica. It is often said that Jamaicans have no regard for time. There is hardly a function that begins on time.


Taking back Jamaica

The Editor, Sir: Unfortunately for Jamai-cans our politicians and our criminals are not yet aware that we are all completely fed up with their behaviour, especially now that the silly season is in full swing.
