PostCash spending $16 million to roll out cash-to-card service
PostCash, a global marketer of cash-to-debit card money transfer service provider, is to pump US$250,000 ($16.5 million) into its Jamaican operation for start-up by December.

Chief executive officer of the Small Business Development Agency (SBDA), Andrea Graham, is urging small companies to register their operations to make it easier for the agency to lobby on their behalf.
