Hugs and kisses, speeches and good wishes were all abundant as Ray Hadeed celebrated the occasion of getting the Order of Jamaica with friends and family at a reception held on Tuesday evening at the Knutsford Court Hotel.
At the Heroes Day National Honours and Awards ceremony, Mr. Hadeed's "pioneering service to the manufacturing sector" as the chairman of Serv-Wel Industries and past president of the Jamaica Manufacturers' Association, was recognised with the national honour, and his family hosted the reception to which many turned out to extend their congratulations to Mr. Hadeed.
