LETTER OF THE DAY - Jamaica 'No problem?' That's a misnomer!
THE EDITOR, Sir: Jamaica no problem! Whoever coined that phrase must have been deaf, dumb and blind. Think about it, can you name any public entity that provides the service it is supposed to? Let me give you a few examples.
