Our Services - M.Sc. Computer Science programme
published: Thursday | November 9, 2006

The Mona Institute of Applied Sciences (MIAS) is currently accepting applications for the M.Sc. Computer Science programme, which begins in March 2007.

The M.Sc. Computer Science expands upon computer science knowledge previously learnt at the undergraduate level, and targets persons who wish for general graduate level exposure to computer science to be gleaned through taught courses.

This is unlike the MPhil programme which aims at persons who want graduate level knowledge on a specific area, to be gleaned through research.

The duration of this programme is two years and class times are scheduled three times per week in the evenings.

Applications are now open. Those interested may call Graduate Studies for application details. For further information on the course, direct queries to MIAS at email mias@uwimona.edu.jm or tel. 970-2021 or 512-3067.
