Leave the Cockpit Country alone

The Editor, Sir: I read in another newspaper today (November 21) an article entitled 'Develop the Cockpit Country', in which the author states, "I am worried that environmentalists are hijacking the future of Jamaica."


In support of Christie

The Editor, Sir: In response to a letter by Mr. Jones published on Tuesday, November 21, the Jamaica Civil Service Association has been in contact with Mr. Christie, lending our support to him and his staff.


Paulwell and bill collection fees

The Editor, Sir: A few days ago Minister Paulwell tabled a bill in Parliament dealing with e-commerce. In the process, he suggested that e-commerce might be the solution to the vexed practice by some bill collection agencies...
