PERENNIAL SUPPORTERS Tru-Juice have sweetened the season for Wray and Nephew National Premier League outfit Waterhouse following the announcement of a $3 million sponsorship package.
The deal, which was announced at the Waterhouse Stadium on Sunday, will span the season and includes cash as well as products. Waterhouse President Peter Hibbert was appreciative of the company's continued support and believes it goes a long way, not only in terms of helping the team, but the community as well.
"They have been one of our foundation sponsors over the years. We have built a solid relationship and we are pleased to have their continued support," Hibbert said.
"Waterhouse is a project by itself and I think the efforts that we have been making in terms of inner-city development have attracted support from corporate entities that believe in our executive," he said.
The club's latest project has seen them launch an attempt to get supporters to be more patriotic and on Sunday patrons were not only encouraged to stand for the National Anthem, but given flyers with the anthem on one side and the National Pledge on the other.
