Something extra
published: Saturday | December 30, 2006

It was an evening of cool jazz at The Event Place in Montego Bay, on Thursday, and we were there to catch some of the happenings. Guests hung out to the sounds of Ella Fitzgerald and Miles Davis as they sipped fine wine and gazed at fine art.

Managing director of ESS Limited, Keith Kirlew (left), 'trainer of trainers,' Natasha Parchment Clarke and Air Jamaica captain Seymour Knight are all smiles as they share jokes.

Bonding bookwise, Jackie Robb (right) and her daughter Nateline Robb-Cato find time to scan The Event Place album while listening to the sound of Ella Fitzgerald.

President of the Montego Bay Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Pauline Reid (right), has the keen attention of Dr. Gregory Thomas (centre), acting regional technical director in the Ministry of Health, western region, and Audley Knight, of Scotia Jamaica Building Society, at The Event Place, in Montego Bay, on Thursday.

(From left) North Jam Distributors' Kise Rose, Peter Addison of European Order, attorney-at-law Nathan Robb and engineer of Pratt and Witney, Warner Wilson, in some serious conversation.
