Less water, more yield - One farmer's initiative in trellising, flood irrigation
Leroy Delahaye is a name almost synonymous with exotic vegetable production in Jamaica. This 50-year-old farmer is married with one child. He was born in St. Catherine, where his farm is located.

Ornamental fish farming, new wave of livestock

Messers Chris and Peter Higgins are brothers born and raised in Kingston. They developed a deep love for fishes from an early age and attribute this to their father who introduced them to ornamental fishes.


Largest ever Graduating Class from Mona

Thousands of persons turned out at the University of the West Indies annual graduation ceremonies, which were held off campus at the National Indoor Sports Centre on Friday, November 10, and Saturday, November 11, 2006.
