US Embassy to be closed Monday, January 15

The Embassy of the United States of America in Kingston will be closed on Monday, January 15, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, which is a public holiday in the United States.

The Consular Section, Information Resource Centre, USAID and U.S. Peace Corps offices will also be closed on that day.

The embassy and its affiliated offices will reopen for business as usual on Tuesday, January 16.
