Seven horses claimed

Seven horses were claimed at Caymanas Park on Wednesday, among them INTRO-SPECTION, who won the fifth race by a short head.

The seven-year-old gelding was taken from champion trainer Wayne DaCosta for $290,000 by trainer Robert Darby Sr., for himself.

Also claimed in the fifth race were LE CHIC for $290,000 by trainer Arnold Rambally Jr., on behalf of Gary Soutar and UNCLE D & ME for $275,000 by trainer Wesley Perkins for Anthony Ferguson.

NIKITIS was claimed for $160,000 by trainer Fitzhanum Williams on behalf of Rising Star in the sixth race; beaten favourite CHOO CHOO CHOO for $170,000 by trainer Tensang Chung for George P in the eighth and EASTERN LIGHT for $200,000 by trainer Richie Todd for S & S Camp also in the eighth.

The final claim was for beaten favourite SIR KNIGHT in the closing race, the 6-y-o gelding taken by trainer Dennis Lee on behalf of Alvin Beckford for $160,000.
