They walk too freely
published: Saturday | February 3, 2007

The Editor,Sir:

I had the unfortunate luck of meeting a person who seems to think that displaying and caressing their body parts in public is sexy. These are the type of people who give our beautiful island of Jamaica a bad name.

Can you imagine that they are walking free in our society terrorising people and getting away with it? How can we live in a country that is plagued with criminals, molesters and perverts and still feel that sense of safety and security?

We as Jamaicans should be able to walk around our beautiful island without being subjected to overt acts of violence and sexual molestation in any form. However, the authorities cannot do anything about it if it is not reported.

I am imploring all Jamaicans to do their part and help to make our Jamaica peaceful once again.

I am etc.,
